Delete Your Altivo Account
You can request permanent deletion of your Altivo account and associated personal data from this page.
If you still have access to the Altivo app, you may also delete your account there. You do not have to use the app to make this request.
What account deletion includes
Requesting account deletion may remove Altivo account and profile information, client records associated with the account, business activity data, goals and progress data, tracked income and business records, app preferences and settings, and other account-linked data stored by Altivo.
Some information may be retained where required by law, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for Altivo's privacy practices.
Subscriptions billed through Apple or Google
Deleting an Altivo account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription billed through Apple or Google, you may need to cancel that subscription through the applicable store separately.
